On November 13, 2019, the State Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors adopted amendments to Regulations .01—.03 under COMAR 09.15.05 Compliance with International Mechanical Code. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 46:18 Md. R. 780—781 (August 30, 2019), has been adopted as proposed.

Effective Date: December 16, 2019.

  A. In this chapter, the following documents are incorporated by reference:
