Notice of Final Action
On May 16, 2019, the Board of Plumbing adopted amendments to Regulations .03 and .05 and new Regulation .11 under COMAR 09.20.02 Enforcement of the Plumbing Law by the Board. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 46:7 Md. R. 372 (March 29, 2019), has been adopted as proposed.
Effective Date: June 17, 2019.

.03 Examination for Journey Plumber Certificates.

.05 Passing Grade Required for a Master’s License.
An applicant shall attain a passing grade of  70 to quality for a license as a master plumber.
.11 Passing Grade for License and Certificate Examinations.
In accordance with Business Occupations and Professions Article, §12-304(d)(1), Annotated Code of Maryland, and as set forth in Regulations .03B(3) and .05 of this chapter, an applicant for any license or certificate issued by the Board shall attain a passing score of 70 to qualify for the license or certificate.
