On January 20, 2021, the Commissioner of Financial Regulation adopted new Regulation .05 under COMAR 09.03.10 Credit and Other Regulation. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 47:19 Md. R. 851 (September 11, 2020), has been adopted as proposed.

Effective Date: February 22, 2021.
