RCR 23-027 Driver Victor Kirby is fined $100.00 for excessive use of the whip while driving JOYCES REAL HONEY in the 4th race on May 2nd, 2023 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of the ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

RCR 23-028 Driver Jason Thompson is fined $100.00 for excessive use of the whip while driving TRIPLE SHOT in the 8th race on April 27th, 2023 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of the ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.
