Limited In-Person Services Now Available By Appointment

The Maryland Department of Labor is now offering limited in-person services by appointment only. To quickly and easily schedule an appointment online, customers must visit the Central Scheduling System.

After selecting an appointment type with the proper division and providing your contact information, you will receive an email confirming the date, time, and location of your appointment. The department has two buildings, 1100 N. Eutaw Street and 500 N. Calvert Street, so please pay close attention to the confirmation email to ensure you go to the correct building. Once you arrive at the building, please check in with security and you will be escorted to a kiosk with a computer where a staff member will meet with you via a live video conference. If you bring documents with you, a staff member will be available to accept them at the kiosk. Please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Please note that the Division of Unemployment Insurance is currently offering limited in-person appointments for claimants to inquire about appeals, overpayments, and their claim status. Claimants MUST have an appointment to enter the building. Additional assistance for claimants is available by calling 667-207-6520 or visiting UI Help online.
