November 7, 2018 - Rosecroft Raceway
RCR 033-18 Driver Gene Long is suspended from driving for 3 days (11/9/18-11/11/18) for Interference (INT6-Putting a wheel under) in the stretch while driving RAINY DAY MAY in the 4th race on 11/7/2018 at Rosecroft Raceway. RAINY DAY MAY finished 5th but was placed 6th.

RCR 034-18 Driver Frank Milby is fined $100 for failing to keep both feet in the stirrups in the stretch while driving DELICATE ARCH in the 6th race on 11/7/2018 at Rosecroft Raceway.

November 14, 2018 - Rosecroft Raceway
RCR 035-18 Mark Gray, for being the trainer of record on sample #23460 taken on 11/3/2018 from the mare MOTEL MOLLY, in the 7th race at Rosecroft Raceway and as the sample was found to contain a total carbon dioxide (TCO2) concentration of 41.6 +/- 2.1 mmol/ml, Mr. Gray is fined $2,500 and is suspended from training for 90 days (11/22/18 - 2/19/18). During this suspension, he and all horses trained by him are barred from all grounds under the jurisdiction of the Maryland Racing Commission. Any transfer of horses during this suspension must be approved by the judges at Rosecroft Raceway or the Maryland Racing Commission. On being barred from the grounds, Mr. Gray`s license to drive is also suspended, for the duration of this penalty. MOTEL MOLLY finished 2nd was disqualified and placed 9th. All purse monies to be returned within 72 hours of the issuance of this ruling.

RCR 036-18 Driver Kenneth Weckstein is fined $100 for failing to maintain a proper pace, going to the half, causing confusion among the trailing horses, while driving DRAGON RUFFLES in the 9th race on 11/21/2018 at Rosecroft Raceway.

RCR 037-18 Driver Richard Still is suspended from driving for 3 days (11/23/18-11/25/18) for interference in the stretch (CAR 8,Passing Lane Violation) while driving WINTER GAMES in the 12th race on 11/21/2018 at Rosecroft Raceway. WINTER GAMES finished 1st but was paced 4th.
