Record Retention and Availability to the Maryland Department of Labor - Locksmiths

A licensed locksmith must provide to a local law enforcement unit or to the Department a copy of each invoice or receipt for services requested by either a local law enforcement unit or the Department. Submittals may be made by delivery or by mail within five business days or electronically within two days.
