Limited Virtual-Kiosk Services Available by Appointment for Unemployment Insurance Questions
The Maryland Department of Labor is now offering limited virtual-kiosk services for questions regarding your Unemployment Insurance claim by appointment only. To quickly and easily schedule an appointment online, customers must visit the Virtual Kiosk Scheduling System.
After inputting your name, email and the telephone number at which you would like to receive a video call, you will receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment.
In order to better serve you, please ensure that at the time of your appointment, you are in a location where you will not be interrupted and that you have access to your BEACON portal.
Additional assistance for claimants is available by calling 667-207-6520 or visiting UI Help online.
Limited In-Person Services Now Available By Appointment
The Maryland Department of Labor is now offering limited in-person services by appointment only. To quickly and easily schedule an appointment online, customers must visit the Central Scheduling System.
After selecting an appointment type with the proper division and providing your contact information, you will receive an email confirming the date, time, and location of your appointment. Once you arrive at the building, please check in with security and you will be escorted to a kiosk with a computer where a staff member will meet with you via a live video conference. If you bring documents with you, a staff member will be available to accept them at the kiosk. Please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
