Fees are set by law and regulation and are subject to change with public notice given.

Elevator mechanic and renovator mechanic:
  Non-refundable application fee: $25
  Two-year initial license: $175
  Two-year renewal: $200

Elevator contractor and renovator contractor:
  Non-refundable application fee: $25
  Two-year initial license: $275
  Two-year renewal: $300

Temporary elevator mechanic:
  30-day initial license: $25
  30-day renewal (each): $10

Emergency elevator mechanic:
  30-day initial license: no fee
  30-day renewal (each): no fee

Accessibility lift mechanic:
  Non-refundable application fee: $25
  Two-year initial license: $125
  Two-year renewal: $150

Other fees:
  License reinstatement, payable in addition to any applicable renewal fees: $25
  License verification request: $25
