How do I obtain a permanent eyelash technician license?

Eyelash Extension Technician Licensure Update

The Eyelash Extension Technician licensing and examination process is now fully implemented and available. Individuals seeking licensure may begin the process by completing an approved 100-hour Eyelash Extension Technician training program, followed by the required examination and licensure process.

Currently, there are four Board-approved 100-hour training programs available, with additional programs continuing to be reviewed and approved:

  • Topcurl Beauty Academy
  • MIAA Beauty Institute
  • Shawntay’s School of Creative Nails
  • Pro+ Skin Academy

Individuals interested in obtaining an Eyelash Extension Technician license may enroll in one of these approved programs now and begin completing the required training toward licensure.

As additional 100-hour programs are approved by the Board, the list of available programs will continue to grow.
