RCR 21-001 Driver Luke Hanners is fined $150.00 for interference in the stretch with HIDE THE CHEDDAR while driving TALBOTFARMGUY in the 6th race on January 17th, 2021 at Rosecroft Raceway. TALBOT FARMGUY beared out, which subsequently lead to hooking wheels with HIDE THE CHEDDAR. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling.
