2026 Innovative Housing Showcase

Dates: September 22–24, 2026
Location: National Mall (3rd to 7th Streets), Washington, D.C.12
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will host its sixth annual Innovative Housing Showcase, themed "Made in America". This free, public event features interactive exhibits, full-sized prototype homes, and the latest advances in building technologies aimed at expanding housing supply and lowering construction costs. Funding Opportunity: DHCD LOCAL REHABILITATION AGENCY (LRA) SERVICES

Funding Agency:
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD)
Purpose of Funding:
Funding will support organizations that administer housing rehabilitation services for low- and moderate-income households. Services include, but are not limited to:
Health and safety repairs (e.g., mold, lead, radon, gas leaks)
Structural and exterior repairs (e.g., roofs, windows, foundations)
Electrical and plumbing improvements
Accessibility modifications (e.g., ramps, grab bars, chair lifts)
