Schedule an Appointment

Appointments are available to meet with Financial Regulation staff at our offices in downtown Baltimore City. Please note that staff can only provide assistance regarding matters within the jurisdiction of the Office of Financial Regulation. Office Location

If you plan to visit the Office of Financial Regulation in person, please schedule an appointment or call first (410-230-6100) to confirm that we are the appropriate office to address your concern. The Office is located on the fifth floor at 100 S. Charles Street in Baltimore City, near stops for the Baltimore Metro, subway, light rail, and several bus lines.
